BitSec Secure Folder

It can be very annoying when someone is looking through your personal files. You can spend all day explaining this, but some people will never understand. Protecting those files with a password is the best and only solution and BitSec Secure Folder makes this possible. It is very comfortable to use and you can count on its encryption features.

Although BitSec Secure Folder is not free, you can still use a trial version, without any restrictions. You will only have to wait for a nag window to finish counting down. Downloading and installing the software will be a smooth process and you can run it on Windows XP, Vista or Win 7.

When launching the program for the first time, you will have to set up a master password and select a folder where your account will be backed up. The software can be accessed only if the correct password is provided and it can be set to log off automatically after a certain idle time.

BitSec Secure Folder makes it possible to encrypt more folders with a single click of the mouse. Firstly, you will have to load them on the interface, by clicking the large Add button on the left side of the window and browsing for them. To encrypt a folder, you only have to click an icon next to its entry on the interface and click it again to decrypt it. The folder will be encrypted and hidden. Even if you tick the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" option in the Folder Options window, the encrypted folders will not show up.
